Mid-Year Senior Reflection

I have not completed any of the walkabout assignments because I do not have a walkabout anything. I've been having issues with trying to find out what I want to do with my walkabout.

I think that the whole idea of walkabout is exciting. It seems like something that would really give people oppertunities that they would not normally be able to get. I really helps people to get a taste of what life is like outside of the whole high school scene. I'm not really sure how I'll be taking risks during walkabout because I do not have one planned yet.

I think I did alright for my 1st semester seminar. I was there on time (except for like, twice), I payed attention, but I didn't really say anything. I commented at times, but not really anything else. I didn't do a lot of the papers because I didn't have anything to write about.

My 1st semester experiential site was a really awesome one. I worked at Patty Cake Vegan Bakery and it was very enjoyable. I had a lot of fun working with the other people who worked at the bakery and I think that it was a great chance to work with people who I normally wouldn't really talk to in any other situation. I would definately be getting an EE. I was on time and I was there pretty much everyday that I was supposed to be there. I followed directions and I even learned how to be independent in a work place. Plus I got to make cookies. That was really a plus.
